Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data & Analytics / AI Developer to advance AI, ML, and data architecture across North America.

You will lead data-engineering efforts and Skywise integration to optimize decision-making, assembly line efficiency, and productivity across Airbus Americas divisions. You will work with shop-floor managers, digital specialists, and executives to transform complex manufacturing and supply-chain challenges into scalable data solutions, while mentoring engineers

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, or BI (7+ years with a Master’s)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a quantitative field; Master’s preferred
Demonstrated experience leading digital initiatives and pipeline delivery in aerospace/manufacturing/transportation
Leadership experience as a lead technical developer/SME with mentoring and code governance in agile teams

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows in Palantir Skywise
Oversee administration, scalability, and enablement of enterprise analytics platforms (Tableau, Alteryx)
Mentor junior analysts/engineers and governance for data assets
Partner with regional leaders to translate operational challenges into data requirements and products
