Crowdwave Campaigns is seeking a Data Contractor to lead data, analytics, and reporting for national campaigns. The role focuses on automations, client reporting, and turning call transcripts into actionable insights.

You will work with a small, collaborative team and manage multiple priorities with self-direction. The ideal candidate can leverage AI, builds scalable data systems, and collaborates with client data staff to ensure data definitions, exports, and dashboards meet client needs.

Formación

• 2+ cycles of data work at political campaigns or allied groups.
• Knowledge of voter files, universes, targeting, and data rules.
• Experience with VAN/EveryAction and bulk uploads.
• Familiar with phone/text outreach, dialers, and dispositions.
• Ability to design AI-driven workflows and automations.
• Strong SQL and Python for data interrogation and validation.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain tech to non-technical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Automations and systems: replace manual work with scalable tools.
• Client reporting: ensure delivery and integrity across campaigns.
• Analytics: funnel performance, contact rates, script efficacy, insights.
• Exports and integrations: manage API sync to VAN/EveryAction, Redshift, S3.
• Client data conversations: be the data point for definitions and questions.
• Dashboards: build views for internal and client stakeholders.
