Crystal Equation Corporation seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist II to drive large-scale Ads campaigns using AI-enabled automation. You’ll support end-to-end execution, QA, and troubleshooting while aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and high-quality outputs.

You will work with automated pipelines, structured inputs, and review outputs critically. A eye for detail and ability to adapt as tooling evolves will be essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Ads experience with large-scale campaigns.
• Strong technical understanding of Ads (custom audience, placements, optimization).
• Comfort with automated workflows and structured inputs.
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline-driven troubleshooting.
• Experience with campaign reporting and Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI assistants or scripted production tools.
• Basic SQL or Marketing API familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Ads campaign execution for large-scale global launches.
• Campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting to meet deadlines.
• Work with AI agents and automated build pipelines.
• Prepare structured build inputs and review automated outputs.
• Identify parts to automate next and contribute to templates, inputs, QA checks.
