Job Summary

This is an entry-level position where the candidate will assist the Investors, Supervisors & Directors in stewardship of media buys across multiple media outlets and accounts.

What You'll Do

95% - Media Schedule Data Management

Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representative

Request pre-logs and post-logs from media vendors

Input/check post-logs in Core (response analysis system)

Gather ad rates, and send schedules to media outlets

Confirm media schedules

Work across brand planning & other activation teams to ensure best results for client

5% - Clerical

Manage traffic needs

Salary Range

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
