Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Data Lead/Architect to serve as the technical counterpart to the Data Steward and Director. You will design and develop IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data, and technology) solutions to business problems and define architecture blueprints for enterprise-wide consistency and integration.

Required are 10+ years in IT/data architecture, proficiency with Snowflake, and experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT/data architecture experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks and data integration.
• Experience with Snowflake; knowledge of Matillion and DBT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops IT architecture across data, applications, and technology.
• Translate governance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Assess compatibility and integration of products as standards across platforms.
• Define processes for platform specifications and hardware/software compatibility.
• Develop policies and blueprints for technology solutions.
• Address system design weaknesses to support downstream reporting.
