Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize data pipelines and analytics.

You will work with Azure Data Factory, Databricks/Synapse, and Power BI to deliver scalable data solutions, mentor teammates, and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure data tools and BI.
• 3+ years with Databricks or Synapse and Python/Spark.
• Experience with PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Strong data warehousing, modelling, ETL/ELT and Azure data architecture.
• Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Spark.
• Develop and optimize data models and warehousing solutions.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI for business users.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD processes and version control with Git.
• Collaborate on Azure Data Estate architecture and governance.

• Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and mentoring experience.
