Job summary

TPG is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Research Assistant to support its Data, Analytics, Reporting, and LP Engagement (DARL) team. The role focuses on sustainability analytics projects, creating dashboards, and automating reporting processes for emissions, regulatory reporting, and climate risk assessment.

The internship runs early January through mid-May 2027, offering $22.50 per hour for 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be located in KY during internship (Lexington)
• Graduate student or advanced undergraduate
• Excellent data analytics skills with Excel and at least one statistical tool
• Advanced data visualization experience with dashboard tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker/Sigma/Streamlit)
• Interest in responsible investing, climate/sustainability, or related field
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and good written/spoken English

Responsibilities

• Support DARL team with sustainability analytics projects
• Create new dashboards and automate reporting processes
• Assist emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, and climate risk assessment
• Engage with LPs and support sustainability initiatives
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed
