Job summary

TPG is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Research Assistant to support the DARL team with dashboards, automated reporting, and sustainability analytics. The role involves emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, climate risk assessment, and LP engagement support. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Python/SQL are preferred; familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau is a plus.

Internship runs Early January–Mid-May 2027, 20 hours per week, paying $22.50 per hour. Must be in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• No sponsorship available for this position
• Must be located in one of the specified states during the internship (list of states)
• Graduate student or advanced undergraduate
• Excellent data analytics skills with Excel and at least one statistical tool (e.g., VBA, Python, R, SQL)
• Advanced data visualization experience (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Streamlit)
• Experience or interest in responsible investing, CSR, climate/sustainability, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and urgency
• Excellent written and spoken English communication

Responsibilities

• Create new dashboards and automate reporting processes
