Qualifications

• Graduate student or advanced undergraduate (i.e. student entering their final year of undergraduate studies)
• Excellent data analytics skills, including facility with Microsoft Excel and preferably one or more other statistical tool(s) (e.g., VBA, Python, R, SQL)
• Advanced data visualization experience, including the use of one or more dashboarding tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Streamlit)
• Experience or demonstrated interest in responsible investing, corporate social responsibility, climate/sustainability, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Support the Data, Analytics, Reporting, and LP Engagement (DARL) team with sustainability analytics projects
• Create new dashboards and automate reporting processes
• Contribute to emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, and LP engagement support
• Assist with recurring firm-wide sustainability analytics and reporting initiatives
