Job summary

TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm, seeks a Data Analytics & Reporting Research Assistant intern to support the DARL team. You will develop dashboards, automate reporting, and assist with emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, and LP engagement.

The internship runs Early January–Mid-May 2027 in the United States, with compensation of $22.5/hour for 20 hours per week. Applicants must be graduate students or advanced undergraduates and located in eligible states,

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. Internship sponsorship is not available.
• Must be located in one of the listed states including KY during the internship.
• Graduate student or advanced undergraduate status required.
• Excellent data analytics skills with Excel and at least one other tool (Python/R/SQL).
• Advanced data visualization experience with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Streamlit).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create new dashboards and automate reporting processes.
• Support sustainability analytics, emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, and LP engagement.
• Contribute to recurring firm-wide sustainability analytics initiatives.
• Assist with data-focused process and program improvements.
