Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst to support the NIH DataForce Service Program. You will collect and analyze recruitment, onboarding, participant, and workforce data, and develop trackers and dashboards to clearly communicate trends and program status.

You will produce monthly reports, support quarterly analyses, and collaborate with program managers and government stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights while protecting sensitive information in accordance with federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional data analysis or program analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation).
• Experience creating dashboards/reports with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience handling multiple data sources and data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze recruitment, onboarding, participant, and workforce data.
• Develop and maintain trackers and dashboards communicating program status and trends.
• Prepare monthly operations and performance reports; support quarterly analyses.
• Identify data quality issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
