Responsibilities

• Develop alerts, dashboards and reports using BI tools to support operations and clients.
• Collaborate with LPM colleagues to gather requirements and deliver polished analytics solutions.
• Improve data visualization, storytelling and user experience across dashboards and matter tools.
• Learn and apply analytics best practices, automation and AI-enabled techniques.
• Maintain documentation and support scalable analytics delivery across functions.
• Engage with Finance, BI and Legal Technology to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, automation and data quality.
• Translate business needs into practical, repeatable reporting processes.
