Job summary

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP in Atlanta seeks a Reporting and Analytics Developer to build and maintain data warehousing and reporting solutions within the firm’s financial systems environment.

You will design data models, dashboards, and metrics, write SQL to reconcile data, and support conversions and automation. The role blends technical rigor with business insight in a law firm setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with BI technologies incl. Power BI, Power Query, DAX.
• C-based language experience; C# preferred.
• Relational databases, data modeling and information management.
• Strong Excel, Outlook and Teams skills.
• 3–5 years in software development or related technical role.
• Familiar with SSIS/SSAS/SSRS preferred.
• Familiar with REST APIs incl. Microsoft Graph or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with Aderant, Elite, Litify or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or data-sensitive environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data warehouses/lakehouses preferred.
• Git preferred; monitoring/alerts for data integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, Power BI dashboards, SSRS/PBIRS reporting and performance metrics.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data integrity and reconciliation.
• Support data conversion, migrations, workflows, and automations.
• Create documentation, data definitions, and reporting standards for governance.
