The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of professional data experience; a Master's is preferred.

Proficiency with RMIS, SPSS/SAS, and Microsoft Office is expected, with a background check

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's is preferred.
  • Three years of full-time professional experience in data collection and analysis is required.
  • Experience with Record Management Software (RMIS) and statistical software (SPSS/SAS) is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Must be able to withstand an extensive background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop reporting deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Query databases to extract information for reports.
  • Compile data from multiple sources for comprehensive reports.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain custom reports.
  • Interpret data, analyze accuracy, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.
