Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a Data Analyst to provide data, reporting, dashboard, and systems support for Workforce Development. You will work on Power BI dashboards, CaseWorthy data quality, and grant reporting, collaborating with program teams and leadership.

The role includes routine data validation, reporting duties, and assisting with system enhancements to improve accuracy and reduce manual work. On-site responsibilities may require travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in database administration, information systems, data analytics, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in data management, reporting, QA, or database support.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, CaseWorthy or similar tools.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Audit CaseWorthy and data systems to identify data issues and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain data quality across CaseWorthy, files, dashboards, and grant reporting tools.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual/ad hoc reports are accurate and timely.
• Prepare routine WFD reports, KPI, and grant reports.
• Document dashboard definitions, data sources, and procedures.
