Job summary

Hatch’s White River Junction office is seeking a Project Support Specialist. The role involves learning new computer-based tasks, supporting project delivery, and developing data-driven spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, plus creating graphics and formatting reports.

Your duties include learning web authoring tools, tracking client/resources data, and acting as Office Manager for a 10-person team with interactions with vendors.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new programs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by developing data-driven Excel spreadsheets.
• Create and format graphics using Illustrator/CorelDraw or similar.
• Assemble and format reports using Word and PowerPoint.
• Serve as Office Manager for a 10-person office and liaise with building management and suppliers.
