Stanford University’s Department of Emergency Medicine seeks a Project Manager for the EDAC and SDSA Core to independently manage a portfolio of data analytics, operational, quality-improvement, and research projects from intake through completion.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressively responsible project or program management experience.
• Ability to drive projects forward, establish accountability, identify barriers and priorities, manage risks and dependencies.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, dashboards, and portfolio-tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple EDAC and SDSA projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and portfolio-tracking tools.
• Monitor status, dependencies, risks, and escalate barriers as needed.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and documentation across stakeholders and partners.
• Create portfolio reports and analyze PM metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and assign ownership.
