Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Development Project Manager to drive analytics initiatives and Tableau dashboard delivery across ambulatory and operational teams. You will manage intake, requirements, prioritization, planning, and stakeholder updates to ensure timely go-lives.

This role blends project management with analytics literacy, enabling data-driven decisions while protecting BI capacity and aligning with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Project management certificate and/or Six Sigma/Lean or equivalent PM experience.
• 5-7 years of project/program management experience in healthcare setting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and managing scope.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop/Server.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution, accountability, and predictability across analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives.
• Own intake, coordination, planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication from intake to go-live.
• Ensure work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities.
