Job summary

DANE LLC seeks a techno-functional Technology Project Manager with Oracle implementation experience to lead IT and Information Management projects, including Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will facilitate requirements gathering, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communications with stakeholders, while supporting an inclusive work culture.

The role requires coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and delivering regular metrics-based reports to executives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles, concepts, and practices of project management and use of information technology and related office practices.
• Proven experience leading PMIS acquisition planning and deployment.
• Strong project and program management skills demonstrated through relevant professional experience.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management with focus on collaboration and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships among project stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and schedules with milestones and present plans to senior leadership for comment and approval.
• Manage communication of project status with vendors and stakeholders; escalate issues as necessary.
• Assess project quality and value through monitoring against business requirements.
• Develop tools and processes to improve project value.
• Identify and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project progress and report performance to senior leaders.
• Identify risks and remediation opportunities and work with teams to implement.
• Manage governance and control processes to enable effective escalation and decision-making.
• Support annual planning activities such as project identification and prioritization.
