Job summary

Vanguard invites you to join the College to Corporate Internship Program as a Data Analyst intern in a hybrid, paid 10-week summer role. You will analyze data to support decision-making and help build dashboards and visualizations.

You will collaborate with business and analytics teams, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and contribute ideas to improve outcomes while receiving mentorship from program leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or leadership aspirations.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to answer business questions and uncover insights.
• Support creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Partner with business and analytics teams to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to validate quality and support reporting processes.
