Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to join our National Mission Critical team for Summer 2027. This full-time internship runs May–August and features a hybrid work setup with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

You will analyze data, design dashboards, and work with project leadership to drive improvements. Ideal candidates are undergrad/grad students in business, engineering or data analytics with skills in Power BI, SQL, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's / master's degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams to conduct root cause analysis to uncover performance drivers.
• Design and implement solutions involving processes, tools, or organizational changes.
• Monitor adoption and impact of changes with measurable outcomes.
• Create SOPs, training materials, and documentation to support standardization.
• Collaborate with leadership to deploy data-driven initiatives in operations.
