Job summary

Evoke Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst to streamline data collection, validate submissions, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses, and develop tools to improve reporting efficiency. The role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and on-site work in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include managing data calls, designing Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders across units to optimize processes that support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical capabilities with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Data-driven problem solving to improve processes.
• Strategic thinking to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
• Experience using ServiceNow applications (ticketing, task tracking, other applications).
• Experience using and tracking tasks with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate organizational data calls, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions from stakeholders.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data, track performance, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to design and implement optimized processes that align with goals.
• Data call support including analysis and development of responses for federal staff approval.
• Assist in SOP design and delivery; document requirements.
• Lead process discovery and mapping sessions to document workflows and metrics.
