Job summary

Towards AI, Inc. is hiring for an Associate role focused on data analytics infrastructure. You will partner with senior engineers to implement automation that improves platform stability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include CI/CD, cloud data environments, and workflow orchestration. The candidate should have a strong background in DevOps, platform and cloud engineering, and hands-on scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash, with experience in monitoring and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics from a top undergraduate program.
• At least two years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Advanced proficiency with GitHub and experience supporting Azure, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and monitoring concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability of enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and administer cloud-based data environments.
• Oversee workflow execution systems and monitor infrastructure health.
• Perform incident management and contribute to modernization initiatives.
• Maintain operational documentation and share best practices across the firm.
