Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Data Platform DevOps Engineer to design and automate our Azure-based infrastructure. You will build scalable, secure cloud environments for microservices, implement resilient CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation across patching, monitoring, and capacity planning.

You will work with Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, Docker, and AKS, ensuring compliance with CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
• 5+ years with Azure cloud services and automation.
• Expertise with IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage automated infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Architect and support scalable, secure Azure cloud environments for microservices.
• Automate tasks for patching, backups, monitoring, and alerting.
• Integrate automation with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure Monitor).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Implement and manage AKS/Kubernetes with auto-scaling, monitoring, and logging.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards via guardrails.
• Perform performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and automation workflows.
