Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Platform Software Engineer to work in Sunnyvale, CA. This role focuses on eliminating manual toil across our data and analytics platform through automation opportunities, building CI/CD pipelines, and implementing infrastructure-as-code.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in DevOps, is proficient in Python and SQL, and has hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. You will facilitate team independence by creating self-service tools and monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or system software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one compiled or VM language (C++, Java, C#, Go).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (Git, GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities by observing team workflows.
• Design and implement integration patterns between platform components.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, data pipelines, and application deployments.
