Job summary

AAON, Inc. seeks an experienced Data and Analytics AI Engineer to design and build enterprise data pipelines, BI dashboards, and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data development, BI, or enterprise integration.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL; Oracle or other relational databases are a plus.
• Proven experience developing and supporting large portfolios of enterprise data integrations.
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting platforms (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and cloud data platforms (Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise data pipelines, data models, and integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and manufacturing systems.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Create and support integrations between internal systems and external providers.
• Lead data migration and consolidation efforts to modernize legacy applications.
• Administer SQL Server environments and ensure performance, security, and availability.
• Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS; define KPIs with business units.
