The 18-month rotational program offers exposure to data science, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across business lines. Analysts work with modern tools (AI, SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to support portfolio management, risk, and strategy, with mentorship and structured learning.

Qualifications

• Preferred STEM or business majors; GPA minimum 3.2.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably using AI, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau.
• Recent university graduates with relevant skills; program designed to move analysts/associates into production roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
• Apply knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. deal, sales, or process support).
• Engage in social learning, mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach; complete related activities and projects.
• Support internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service.
