Job summary

PNC, based in Pittsburgh, PA, offers a 12‑month Corporate Finance & Accounting Development Program where analysts rotate through lines of business, shared services, and the controller's office to learn GAAP, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Analysts will gain exposure across multiple teams, network with finance professionals, and pursue CPA certification reimbursement and education benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities for a corporate finance role.
• Education and experience (including military) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an analyst/associate in the 12‑month development program.
• Rotate through Line of Business Support, Shared Services, and Corporate Controller's Office.
• Gain exposure to GAAP, internal/external reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Support risk management, regulatory disclosures, and data analytics as rotations vary.
• Engage in mentoring, training, and project work within the Finance organization.
