Job summary

BNY is offering a 24-month Analyst Program – Engineering (Data Science) in Pittsburgh for high-potential undergraduates. You will engage in rotations and hands-on projects using Python, JavaScript, CSS, and Java, gaining exposure to data analytics, machine learning, and scalable data solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to data-driven decisions, and develop technical and business acumen to advance in a global financial services leader.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Apply data science and analytical methods to solve real business and engineering problems.
• Analyze data, perform profiling and feature engineering, and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Build and automate analytical processes, models, and tools that improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Partner with teams across engineering and the business to turn data insights into practical recommendations.
