This 12-month, in-office program rotates through Line of Business Support, Shared Services, and the Corporate Controller’s Office to build core financial skills, reporting, analysis, and project management capabilities. Analysts gain exposure to GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory disclosures, and data analytics while pursuing CPA certification opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Recent graduates with relevant skills for the corporate finance track
• CPA/CFA not required but encouraged if applicable

Responsibilities

• Assist in GAAP accounting, internal and external financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
• Participate in data analytics and performance/valuation metrics.
• Contribute to risk management and internal control assessments.
• Rotate through Line of Business Support, Shared Services, and Corporate Controller’s Office.
