Betenbough Business Services seeks a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team responsible for accurate, accessible, and trustworthy data across the organization. You will shape data ecosystems that power AI products and enable self‑service analytics for leaders.

You will mentor a data team, establish standards, and partner with data architecture, BI, and AI initiatives to ensure data quality and business context drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with SQL Server, data architecture, or data design.
• Experience with data warehouses or enterprise BI data models.
• Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and data to connect AI tools to data sources.
• Working understanding of data modeling, ETL, or data warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication skills, translating technical information into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to organize the work of a team, follow through on commitments, and communicate next steps across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and trustworthiness of company data everywhere it is used.
• Design and build ecosystems that combine business knowledge, domain details, and data for AI products and tools.
• Provide business context for AI, including definitions, terminology, relationships, and guardrails.
