Ascension in Indianapolis is seeking a Data Analytics leader to oversee and advance analytics initiatives across the organization. You will manage a team, coordinate data projects, and develop predictive and prescriptive insights that support executive decision-making.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years' data analytics leadership experience
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional analytics projects
• Strong analytical modeling and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee data analytic activities and coordinate department goals
• Develop analytical models and support tools across functions
