Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree ideally in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in analytics or data management.
• Candidates without a Bachelor's degree may be considered with an additional 4 years of direct experience (total 9 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Direct workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert and train new employees.
• Interface with internal and external clients to answer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify process improvements across all encounter clients.
• Develop and document workflow, system requirements, and testing for cost-effective solutions.
