Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and staff.
• Hire/terminate decisions and staff development.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations.

• Lead analytics dashboards and reports for clinical/operational initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across projects.
• Define metrics and analytic needs with leadership.
• Support measurement and benchmarking initiatives.
