Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to design, build, test, and support data pipelines that integrate systems from acquired companies and archive data in Snowflake. You will collaborate with data architecture, security, and business stakeholders to deliver governed, reusable data solutions for M&A integration and reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in data engineering or related fields, hands-on Snowflake experience, and strong communication skills to translate requirements

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, data architecture, analytics engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and acquired-company data.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and archival patterns.
• Ability to translate requirements into data pipelines, mappings, and deployment tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; cloud/data certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support enterprise data pipelines for acquired-company data integration.
• Implement ingestion, transformation, validation, and archival patterns per standards.
• Collaborate with data architecture and enterprise teams on pattern compliance.
• Support Snowflake archival solutions for historical reporting and compliance.
• Translate requirements into data pipelines, mappings, and deployment tasks.
• Develop scalable data engineering processes for batch, incremental, and event-driven movement.
• Create and maintain pipeline documentation and runbooks.
• Assist go-live readiness and post go-live hypercare.
