Job summary

Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to design, build, test, and support enterprise data pipelines, enabling integration of acquired-company systems and data archival in Snowflake. You will partner with data architecture, security, and business stakeholders to deliver governed, scalable data solutions for analytics, reporting, and long-term data asset management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, data architecture, analytics engineering, or related enterprise tech roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting production data pipelines with modern ETL/ELT, orchestration, data warehousing, data lake, or cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake data loading, transformation, design, and performance considerations.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems, acquired-company systems, SaaS, ERP, or legacy environments.
• Knowledge of source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, data quality, metadata, lineage, and monitoring.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture standards, security, privacy, retention, archival patterns, and governed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support enterprise data pipelines for integration of systems and acquired-company data assets.
• Implement ingestion, transformation, validation, and archival patterns per enterprise standards.
• Support Snowflake archival solutions enabling historical reporting, retention, and analytics.
• Collaborate with data/enterprise architecture to ensure patterns follow approved standards and access controls.
• Translate requirements into data pipeline designs, mappings, transformations, and deployment activities.
• Develop scalable data engineering processes for batch, incremental, and event-driven movement across platforms.
• Implement quality checks, reconciliation routines, monitoring, and controls for production readiness.
• Coordinate data migration/archival activities across internal and partner teams.
