Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to design, build, and support enterprise data pipelines enabling M&A integration and data archival in Snowflake. You will work with data architecture, security, and business stakeholders to deliver governed data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and long-term data asset management.

The role requires 6+ years in data engineering or related fields, hands-on Snowflake experience, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, data architecture, analytics engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with modern ETL/ELT, orchestration, data warehousing, data lake, or cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience including loading, transformation, and performance considerations.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and acquired-company data.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, and pipeline monitoring practices.
• Ability to translate requirements to data solutions and work with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support enterprise data pipelines for acquired-company integrations.
• Implement ingestion, transformation, validation, and archival patterns aligned with enterprise standards.
• Support Snowflake archival solutions for historical reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with data and enterprise architects to follow architecture patterns and governance.
• Translate requirements into data mappings, transformations, and deployment activities.
• Develop scalable data engineering processes for batch, incremental, and event-driven movement.
