Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to design, build, test, and support data pipelines that integrate systems from acquired companies, with Snowflake archival and governance at the core.

You will collaborate with data architecture, security, and business teams to deliver reliable, auditable pipelines and scalable data platforms for analytics, reporting, and long-term data asset management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Experience designing and supporting production data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT, orchestration, data warehousing, or cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience including data loading, design, and performance considerations.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and acquired-company data sources.
• Knowledge of source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, and metadata practices.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture standards, security, privacy, retention, and archival patterns.
• Ability to translate requirements into implemented data solutions with stakeholders and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant cloud/data certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support enterprise data pipelines for acquired-company integration.
• Implement ingestion, transformation, validation, and archival patterns per enterprise standards.
• Support Snowflake archival solutions for historical reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure patterns, access controls, and metadata practices.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions and deployments.
• Develop scalable data engineering processes for batch, incremental, and event-driven movements.
• Establish data quality checks, monitoring, and operational controls for production readiness.
• Document data flows, mappings, and runbooks for handoffs and support.
