Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Data & Analytics Associate Director to join the GTech team and lead the design and implementation of governed data pipelines that enable scalable analytics across enterprise M&A activities.

You will partner with data architecture, security, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions, data archival in Snowflake, and repeatable processes for reporting and analytics at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related roles.
• Experience designing and implementing production data pipelines with ETL/ELT and data warehousing.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience including loading, transformation, and performance considerations.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and acquired-company data.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, validation, and metadata practices.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, retention, and archival patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data pipelines for acquisitions and integrations.
• Build ingestion, transformation, validation, and archival patterns.
• Implement Snowflake archival solutions for historical reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with data/enterprise architecture to follow standards and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with M&A, app, infra, security, and business teams on requirements and timelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
