Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to bridge business needs with Gradian's data function. You will translate requirements into data solutions, own dashboards and reporting, and ensure data quality across departments from Sales to Finance.

The role combines strong technical skills with stakeholder management and leadership in a growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will advance enterprise data governance, collaborate with IT and external vendors, and mentor

Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• 5+ years in data analytics or BI with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritize data/reporting needs.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for self-service insights.
• Own data quality end-to-end and define data definitions, KPIs, and reporting logic.
• Manage intake and prioritization of new data requests with scalable solutions.
• Mentor analysts and stay current on analytics best practices.
