• Experience standing up or modernizing enterprise data platforms in complex, multi‑system environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture, transformation lifecycles, medallion architecture, and platform connectivity
• Ability to enable AI use cases through a well‑structured, scalable data foundation
• Background in HVAC, field services, PE‑backed platforms, multi‑site businesses, or other service‑based industries would be highly valuable
