Job description

A global organization undergoing a major data transformation is hiring multiple Data Analytics Engineers to help build and scale a modern, best-in-class analytics platform.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, and software development. You'll help build data products that turn complex datasets into scalable reporting, embedded analytics, visualizations, and self-service capabilities used by both internal stakeholders and external customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning analytics solutions end-to-end — from the underlying data and semantic layer through to the applications and visualizations users interact with.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and enhance scalable analytics products, reporting solutions, dashboards, and embedded analytics applications.
  • Develop semantic models across complex datasets with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Work across the full data lifecycle, including data pipelines, warehouse architecture, modeling, reporting, and analytics enablement.
  • Partner closely with engineering, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop visualizations and self-service analytics capabilities that make data more accessible and actionable.
  • Work with raw and transformed data across multiple sources and data marts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve query, system, and analytics-product performance.
  • Support data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives across analytics products.
  • Contribute to the development of custom data products that integrate analytics and BI platforms with broader applications.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI engineering, or a similar role.
  • Advanced SQL and experience working with relational databases and other modern data stores.
  • Programming experience with Python, R, Scala, or a similar language.
  • Strong experience with modern BI/analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience developing semantic/data models for scalable analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of the full data lifecycle, including pipelines, data warehouses, modeling, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Lake.
  • Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Snowflake experience.
  • Looker and LookML modeling experience.
  • Experience building embedded analytics applications or bespoke data products from the ground up.
  • Front-end development experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with middle- and back-end software development.
  • Experience implementing analytics governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with query optimization and system performance tuning.
Why Join?
  • Join a major data transformation and help shape a modern analytics ecosystem.
  • Build products from the ground up rather than simply maintaining legacy reporting.
  • Work across analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, and software development.
  • Create analytics products with direct visibility and impact across the organization and its customers.
  • 100% remote opportunity.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement programs, wellness resources, and additional employee benefits.
