Optum is seeking a senior leader for the Reporting Analytics and Data (RAD) team to guide engineers delivering data-driven solutions across Real Estate, M&A, and other enterprise areas. You will set technical direction, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to modernize processes and deliver scalable insights.

The role emphasizes AI-powered automation, Copilot Studio, and governance of Power BI/Power Platform solutions, with a strong focus on driving adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years data warehousing, data modeling, SQL/Snowflake, and analytics platforms.
• 5+ years implementing AI-enabled solutions, Copilot technologies, or ML use cases.
• 3+ years leading technical teams delivering complex initiatives.
• 3+ years proficiency with Power Platform including Governance best practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and career development for a team of analysts/engineers responsible for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and RAD AI-driven solutions.
• Oversee design, development, and governance of scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Lead delivery of apps, workflows, and process improvements using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Identify and operationalize AI-powered solutions including Copilot Studio agents and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define roadmaps, governance, and adoption.
