Job summary

Nuvitek is seeking a Senior Power BI Analyst to lead design, development, and implementation of advanced BI solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX. The role requires leveraging AI technologies to uncover insights and support data-driven decisions.

You will provide technical leadership across multiple projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable analytics and visuals that drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data visualization, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working with AI technologies in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or related solutions.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong experience with Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and Power BI semantic models.
• Experience designing and implementing complex business intelligence solutions from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions using Power BI.
• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and visualizations.
• Develop advanced data transformations using Power Query and DAX.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Apply AI techniques to enhance BI capabilities and insights.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Evaluate BI performance and recommend improvements for usability, scalability, and value.
• Mentor analysts and promote BI best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics.
