North 40 Outfitters seeks a seasoned Head of Data Analytics to guide analytics strategy, governance, and enterprise BI initiatives. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and business growth.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics, strong leadership, and deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services. You will shape standards, collaborate across orgs, and champion innovative data practices at North 40 Outfitters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise analytics, BI, or data management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership directing analytics or BI teams.
• Experience with executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, CS, IS, Stats, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for analytics, BI, and data governance initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop data-driven strategies.
• Develop and oversee a scalable analytics environment using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
