Job summary

ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The role will transform operational and portfolio data into actionable insights that drive program performance and strategic decisions.

You will oversee the full analytics lifecycle, including data collection, validation, quality assurance, analysis, reporting, visualization, and presenting findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Experience building analytical models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies and statistics.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate findings to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Residential mortgage servicing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and BI activities for residential loan servicing.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor program performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
