GDIT is seeking a Data Analysis Manager for their Integrated Technology Center in Bossier City, LA. You will manage and mentor a team of over 10 data analysts while overseeing performance and compliance.

The role requires strong skills in data analytics, data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, and expertise in SQL and Python. Candidates must be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance and are required to be U.S. citizens. This position offers a hybrid schedule and a salary range of $106,250 - $143,750.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, as a manager or leading a team of analysts.
• Must attain an Active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ data analysts.
• Lead monitoring and reporting of key performance metrics for multiple programs.
• Communicate with program leadership on performance problems.

Skills

Advanced proficiency with dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Advanced proficiency with presentation and data storytelling

Proficiency with SQL and Python

Experience with Microsoft 365 and low‑code/no‑code development tools

Experience with ITSM/CRM platforms like ServiceNow

Experience with Tableau Server technology stack

Experience with generative AI solutions

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a relevant field
