D&G Solutions seeks a senior data analytics leader to drive end-to-end data projects, from data extraction to executive dashboards. You will design ETL pipelines, mentor the team, and translate complex findings for Government leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, development of KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to support national security objectives in a hybrid Brookmont, MD setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 15-20 years of management and supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible data analytics experience, including data extraction, transformation and cleansing, ETL processes, advanced data analysis, and organizational/performance analytics.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary analytical teams and ensuring quality and timely delivery of technical products.
• Expert knowledge of programs focused on direct mission performance assessment.
• Experience supporting multiple mission-focused analytic engagements for IC mission managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform advanced data analytics across multiple datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop Python-based data solutions to extract, parse, clean, transform, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines, integrating data to support analysis and reporting.
• Lead performance analysis, KPI development, and alignment with DHS/ODNI requirements.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative methodologies to evaluate capabilities and mission performance.
• Lead data visualization and executive-level dashboards using Power BI.
• Gather requirements from Government executives and stakeholders to identify analytical needs.
• Conduct program evaluations and ad hoc analyses at senior leadership request.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and reproducibility; establish standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across data engineering, analytics, and visualization teams.
• Interface with Government leadership to report status, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Manage contract program reporting, planning, staffing, and deliverables.
