Job summary

FYUL in Cincinnati is seeking a Data and BI Manager to lead analytics and reporting across the organization. You will supervise the design, development, and deployment of reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and scalable solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, familiarity with BigQuery and Snowflake, and the ability to translate business needs into robust BI systems while guiding a cross-functional team in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field is required.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Familiarity with data programming languages (R, Python) and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of BI concepts and ability to communicate to varied audiences.
• Experience leading analytics projects and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise reporting and analytics development.
• Maintain, upgrade, and scale dashboards and the data warehouse.
• Guide the team on information deployment and reporting best practices.
• Manage data warehouse and reporting infrastructure for performance.
• Audit financial data for accuracy and integrity.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain confidentiality.
