Long-Lewis Auto Group in Florence, AL is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Leader to mentor a team and drive governance, reporting, and analytics strategy across Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

You will oversee Power BI dashboards, build scalable analytics solutions, champion data quality, and partner with executives to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve performance.

Qualifications

5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
2+ years leading, mentoring, or managing analysts or analytics teams.
Ability to work full-time on-site at Florence, AL corporate office.
High proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python, and modern BI tools.
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to improve analytics workflows.

Responsibilities
